Cyber Force - Patch

For many of us, this is a dream.  A Cyber Force?  A military branch dedicated to the cyber domain, like the other branches are dedicated to specific domains.  

Cyber has proven its utility, it is the only domain in a constant state of warfare. The cyber force is the logical conclusion to best OT&E forces for this fight. 

Why under the Army?  Well, some would claim they've invested the most money into it, but the reality is.... they're the only branch that isn't a Department yet so they need a little buddy.  Hopefully they get real cool about a bunch of stuff real fast....
